About the role

  • Execution and coordination of awards, events, sponsorship activations, and branded merchandise across all regions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, event coordination, or communications production.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Asana or equivalent).
  • Experience with creative file formats (PDF, PPT, AI) and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Slack, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented, data-lead, resourceful, and comfortable working with global teams across time zones.
