About the role
- Execution and coordination of awards, events, sponsorship activations, and branded merchandise across all regions.
- Preparing award submissions and managing logistics.
- Supporting PR and internal communications initiatives.
- Administrative & Cross-Team Support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, event coordination, or communications production.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Asana or equivalent).
- Experience with creative file formats (PDF, PPT, AI) and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Slack, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented, data-lead, resourceful, and comfortable working with global teams across time zones.
