Account Manager

• Actively identify and engage pharmaceutical companies to build strategic partnerships for BillionToOne’s oncology product lines.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements that drive business growth and align with our strategic goals.
• Represent BillionToOne at industry conferences and events to establish and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Clinical, and AI) to identify new product opportunities and validate their potential with pharmaceutical partners.
• Act as the primary advocate for pharmaceutical customers, deeply understanding their needs and translating them into actionable product insights.
• Partner with internal teams to co-develop solutions that address unmet needs in oncology diagnostics.
• Work with Clinical and R&D teams to align on technical feasibility and ensure smooth execution of partnership projects.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to structure and finalize deal terms.

Customer Success Manager

• Lead and develop the EMR Success team
• Manage, coach, and develop EMR Integration Specialists responsible for successful implementations and ongoing client support, proactively identifying and breaking through customer and internal barriers to drive customer success.
• Create clear operating rhythms (intake, prioritization, escalation, customer communications, post-mortems) and ensure consistent execution across the team, delivering best-in-class field and clinic-level support.
• Drive customer success for EMR integrations
• Ensure customers are successfully implemented and supported across the full integration lifecycle, including implementation planning and cross-functional coordination.
• Oversee key activities such as workflow assessment, roll-out planning, training/change management, go-live support, and post go-live planning.
• Ensure the team provides end-user training and maintains high customer satisfaction.
• Be the technical point for triage + escalation (Software Product Manager mindset)
• Lead triage of integration issues and changes; ensure ownership, urgency, and clear resolution paths.
• Partner with internal technical teams to “navigate and champion IT project requests,” unblock dependencies, and drive timely resolution.
• Develop clear and documented playbooks for the team to follow.

• Develop and continuously improve documented, scalable processes for implementation and ongoing EMR support, optimizing solution offerings and implementation workflows.
• Build metrics and reporting around customer health, backlog, SLA performance, go-live readiness, and recurring issue themes.

• Serve as a liaison across Sales and external stakeholders to improve onboarding, closing of EMR integrations and customer experience both for our customers and the sales team.
• Ensure the team effectively educates internal and external partners on EMR integration processes and best practices.

EMR Success Manager

Data Entry

• Perform accurate and timely data entry of 100–150 patient test requisitions per day into company systems
• Review requisition forms for completeness, accuracy, and compliance prior to entry
• Enter patient demographic, clinical, and order information into LIMS and CRM (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.) systems
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and flag for follow-up or escalation
• Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and internal data protection standards, ensuring confidentiality of all patient and client information
• Collaborate with Client Services, Billing, and Operations teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information
• Support data audits, process documentation, and other projects as needed
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and deadlines while demonstrating initiative and flexibility in handling evolving tasks and priorities
