About the role
- Manage the entire sales cycle (prospecting → closing);
- Deliver presentations and negotiate deals of medium complexity;
- Prepare commercial proposals with little to no supervision;
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
- Maintain active relationships with clients and partners;
- Support junior sales representatives (informal mentorship);
- Recommend improvements to pitch, approach and process;
- Analyze individual metrics and pipeline indicators.
Requirements
- Experience in the on-trade and events market
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales techniques
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B commercial environment
- Knowledge of Excel
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
