About the role
- Produce and maintain regular reports that help managers make informed decisions.
- Support payroll administration by maintaining accurate employee records and system changes.
- Support recruitment campaigns and onboarding activities, including preparation of documents and system access.
- Manage offboarding processes, including equipment return, system access updates and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date people and business data across internal systems (finance, operational and people).
- Support day-to-day operations and admin allowing the Head of People and Performance to operate as an HR, learning and development direction and advisory.
- Provide administrative support to the Compliance Manager, helping maintain orderly, up-to-date compliance records and documentation.
- Assist with scheduling, tracking and documenting routine compliance activities (e.g. training records, quarterly reports etc).
- Support the organisation and maintenance of compliance registers, audits and evidence repositories.
- Help ensure compliance processes are followed consistently across teams and territories (without providing compliance advice).
- Manage IT equipment and office assets for employees, including ordering, tracking and returns.
- Coordinate office management activities such as travel bookings, accommodation, events, utilities and office supplies.
- Maintain relationships with third-party suppliers and contractors (e.g. payroll providers, IT suppliers).
