Work directly with law firm clients to implement and support Iridium products and solutions.
Manage client product implementations from start to finish.
Participate and lead requirements-gathering sessions.
Deliver engaging client training sessions.
Design, develop, and test client-specific customisations and enhancements.
Provide post-implementation support and mentor other team members.
Occasionally travel to client sites.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll be the face of BigHand to our clients.
Technical aptitude with experience in SQL (T-SQL preferred); knowledge of HTML, C#, or similar technologies is a bonus.
Previous experience in a client-facing technical role.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Legal IT experience is a plus but not essential.
