About the role
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 6–7 Sales Representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance to develop the skills and capabilities of your sales team.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture within the team.
- Execute the BigHand Go-To-Market Playbook with precision and adapt it as necessary to meet the unique needs of the North American market.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Continuously monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine and improve the sales approach.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organisation, gathering insights and feedback from clients and prospects.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, law firms, and legal professionals in the North American market.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a similar field.
- Proven track record of successful enterprise sales leadership, ideally within the legal technology or software industry.
- Strong understanding of the legal industry, law firm operations, and the challenges faced by legal professionals.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel within North America as needed.
