About the role

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, maintaining strong, long-term relationships
  • Build campaign strategies and media plans in partnership with media teams (Programmatic, Search, Social Ads, Display, etc.)
  • Monitor campaign performance and present analyses and recommendations to clients
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion within the client base
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, commercial team, and operations team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
  • Previous experience in account management, client service, or digital media
  • Analytical, organized, and results-driven profile
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple demands and priorities
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
