About the role
- Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, maintaining strong, long-term relationships
- Build campaign strategies and media plans in partnership with media teams (Programmatic, Search, Social Ads, Display, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance and present analyses and recommendations to clients
- Identify opportunities for business expansion within the client base
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, commercial team, and operations team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
- Previous experience in account management, client service, or digital media
- Analytical, organized, and results-driven profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple demands and priorities
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
