About the role
- Build and enhance Angular-based user interfaces for WorkPro modules including Field Service, Dispatch, and Technician workflows.
- Implement responsive, role-based UI components for dispatchers, service managers, and field technicians.
- Translate product requirements and designs into clean, maintainable Angular components in collaboration with the Senior Developer.
- Improve usability and performance across data-heavy screens such as job lists, schedulers, and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs supporting service orders, dispatch, billing, and notifications.
- Work with SQL Server–based data models and stored procedures to support core workflows.
- Assist with integrations to enterprise systems including D365, Coupa, Trackunit, and Power Automate or Logic Apps.
- Contribute to workflow automation, audit history, and operational reporting.
- Work within a structured delivery model with a Product Owner managing backlog and priorities.
- Partner with the Senior Developer on implementation approach, code quality, and technical decisions.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and incremental releases.
- Take ownership of assigned features from development through production support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience building and supporting production web applications.
- Solid backend development experience (C#, .NET, or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational data models.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based development environment.
- Preferred Experience leveraging AI to accelerate development.
- Experience with field service, dispatch, or operational systems.
- Experience integrating with ERP or business systems (Microsoft D365, Salesforce preferred).
- Familiarity with scheduling, calendar, or workflow-driven UIs.
- Exposure to AI-enabled application features.
- Experience with Azure, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud-hosted applications.
- Exposure to mobile or technician-facing applications.
