About the role

  • Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for Germany
  • Identify key customer segments and derive market insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define localized approaches

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key German e-commerce brands
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers
  • Represent Bigblue at German industry events
  • Evangelize Bigblue’s success stories and brand value in the market

Requirements

  • **At least 3 years of experience selling complex products** (SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics preferred)
  • **Native or near-native German** with professional-level English
  • Strong understanding of the **German e-commerce landscape** and business culture
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • **Entrepreneurial mindset** with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • **Data-driven approach** to sales, with strong analytical skills
  • Adaptability and willingness to wear multiple hats in a startup environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally in a fast-paced setting
