About the role
- Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for Germany
- Identify key customer segments and derive market insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to define localized approaches
- Provide continuous feedback from the German market to inform product and sales improvements
- Source and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct qualification calls to assess prospect fit
- Maintain pipeline health to achieve revenue targets
- Use data to prioritize and focus on the highest-value prospects
- Mentor and support existing SDRs
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Deliver value-focused product demos tailored to prospect needs
- Prepare proposals and lead negotiation processes
- Close deals and ensure smooth handovers to onboarding teams
- Build and strengthen relationships with key German e-commerce brands
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers
- Represent Bigblue at German industry events
- Evangelize Bigblue’s success stories and brand value in the market
Requirements
- **At least 3 years of experience selling complex products** (SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics preferred)
- **Native or near-native German** with professional-level English
- Strong understanding of the **German e-commerce landscape** and business culture
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- **Entrepreneurial mindset** with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- **Data-driven approach** to sales, with strong analytical skills
- Adaptability and willingness to wear multiple hats in a startup environment
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally in a fast-paced setting
