About the role

  • Serve as key observer and analyst for the German market, providing insights on trends, competition, and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Partnerships to identify and research sales targets in verticals and segments.
  • Conduct research to understand prospects' personal interests and professional needs; tailor engagement strategies.
  • Design and execute outbound prospecting campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Instagram, phone, and video to generate leads and meet revenue quotas.
  • Craft creative, personalized messaging to showcase Bigblue's value proposition.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects; act as trusted advisor and brand evangelist.
  • Organise or attend events (restaurants, sports, music) to engage prospects and create favorable negotiation environments.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years sales experience (SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics preferred).
  • Native French/German speaker with professional level in English.
  • Data-driven & process-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in using email automation tools and LinkedIn for lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
