About the role
- Serve as key observer and analyst for the German market, providing insights on trends, competition, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Partnerships to identify and research sales targets in verticals and segments.
- Conduct research to understand prospects' personal interests and professional needs; tailor engagement strategies.
- Design and execute outbound prospecting campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Instagram, phone, and video to generate leads and meet revenue quotas.
- Craft creative, personalized messaging to showcase Bigblue's value proposition.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects; act as trusted advisor and brand evangelist.
- Organise or attend events (restaurants, sports, music) to engage prospects and create favorable negotiation environments.
Requirements
- 0-2 years sales experience (SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics preferred).
- Native French/German speaker with professional level in English.
- Data-driven & process-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using email automation tools and LinkedIn for lead generation.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
