About the role

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closing and post-sale handoff.
  • Evaluate qualified leads generated by the SDR team and forecast/manage pipeline to meet revenue targets.
  • Understand customer needs and demonstrate Bigblue's value proposition to C-Level executives; run product demos and build proposals with Operations.
  • Negotiate with customers and support handoff to Onboarding and Account Management until first orders are sent.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key e-commerce brands; act as a trusted advisor and brand evangelist.
  • Attend e-commerce events to represent Bigblue in the UK market and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Work on improving sales processes, commercial approaches, and KPIs; collaborate with the UK team to prioritize product and operational improvements.
  • Monitor sales performance, coach UK SDRs, and identify areas to improve lead generation and deal closing.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in an Account Executive position, with a proven track record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor.
  • Native English required; additional European languages (French, Spanish, German) are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology company is a significant plus.
  • Experience in B2B sales with demonstrable success in lead generation, deal closing, and onboarding acceleration.
  • Strong ability to identify, engage, and develop relationships with strategic partners and clients.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate complex value propositions clearly.
  • Data-driven and process-oriented approach to sales.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and a strong work ethic.
