Business Development Rep

• Own the outbound and inbound pipeline: identify, qualify, and engage psychiatry, pain, and neurology clinics interested in expanding into TMS and Spravato®.
• Lead consultative sales cycles: understand clinic workflows, payer challenges, and revenue models to position Big Leap’s MSO platform as the solution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: work with credentialing, billing, and product teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Manage pipeline rigorously: maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, and communicate progress to leadership.
• Refine the sales motion: test messaging, improve conversion funnels, and help develop repeatable GTM playbooks.
• Represent Big Leap Health: at conferences, webinars, and partner events across the behavioral health ecosystem.

• Partner with the CEO and COO on strategic planning, board/investor communications, quarterly objectives and special projects
• Drive cross-functional execution, connecting product, operations & clinical to deliver results
• Lead high-priority projects that don’t yet have a dedicated owner — building the systems and processes that allow Big Leap to continue to scale.
• Turn ideas into action, from account management to data analytics to new business development.
• Own the internal operating cadence (OKRs, leadership meetings, company-wide updates, and documentation).
• Support hiring & org design as we scale, ensuring the right people & processes are in place.
• Serve as a thought partner to the CEO, identifying gaps, simplifying complexity, and helping anticipate what’s around the corner.

Product Manager

• Own the platform roadmap by prioritizing and delivering features across our clinic administration operating system including eligibility, revenue cycle and patient management workflows.
• Translate real-world complexity into clarity: Deeply understand the complex clinic operations and payer constraints that drive interventional psychiatry treatments, then design scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, ops, and the CEO to define problems, shape solutions, and ship high-impact releases.
• Ideate and drive delivery of new AI products & features as we continue to scale our company.

Lead Product Manager

Operations

• Own escalations end‑to‑end: Lead resolution of complex PAs, denials, step therapy overrides, tier exceptions, continuation‑of‑therapy, and reauthorization timelines to keep treatment on schedule.
• Navigate benefits expertly: Determine the correct coverage path across medical vs. pharmacy benefits, formulary status, HCPCS/CPT coding, site‑of‑care, and specialty classification; advise partners on buy‑and‑bill vs. pharmacy fulfillment.
• Direct payer/PBM advocacy: Conduct targeted outreach to plans and PBMs to expedite decisions, correct errors, and secure patient access; prepare and submit clinical criteria summaries and appeals packets as needed.
• Clinic and provider support: Interface with clinicians and partner staff to identify missing documentation, clarify criteria, and align on next steps; coordinate with pharmacies for shipment, copay confirmation, and consent.
• Documentation and systems: Maintain precise status, outcomes, and next steps in EHR/CRM/Airtable; ensure audit‑ready records across all cases.
• Quality and mentorship: Coach other team members, perform case QA, and contribute to SOPs, checklists, and templates.
• Insights and improvement: Track payer behavior and bottlenecks, propose fixes, and partner with leadership on process and tooling improvements.
