About the role
- Manage distribution centers, inventory, warehousing and internal material flows.
- Plan and coordinate transportation activities, routing, delivery lead times and distribution performance.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and product integrity, including equipment and spare parts.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, sales, procurement and after-sales to ensure excellent customer service.
- Lead operational and administrative teams, promoting development and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in defining Supply Chain strategies in Brazil and Latin America.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
- Solid experience in logistics, supply chain or operations management in industrial or equipment companies.
- Knowledge of import/export, warehousing and transportation management.
- Experience with SAP and BI tools.
- Leadership, communication and team management skills.
- Intermediate/advanced English (Spanish is a plus).
- Experience with large-scale projects or complex operations is a plus.
- Availability for national and international business travel;
