About the role

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer requests, complaints, and claims
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing first-level support and accurate information
  • Assess claim validity, determine chargeable vs. non-chargeable cases, and ensure prompt processing
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, QA, etc.) to resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate claim and customer records in EII and CRM systems
  • Support urgent cases and escalation handling when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Experience in Customer Service, Call Centre, or Claim Handling preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM or ERP or JIRA systems is an advantage
