About the role
- Act as the first point of contact for customer requests, complaints, and claims
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing first-level support and accurate information
- Assess claim validity, determine chargeable vs. non-chargeable cases, and ensure prompt processing
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, QA, etc.) to resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate claim and customer records in EII and CRM systems
- Support urgent cases and escalation handling when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Experience in Customer Service, Call Centre, or Claim Handling preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in CRM or ERP or JIRA systems is an advantage
