About the role

  • Talent acquisition
  • Plan and execute recruiting campaigns to attract new sales employees
  • Select and actively use appropriate recruiting channels (e.g., online job boards, real estate networks, universities, recruitment agencies)
  • Work closely with sales leadership to identify regions with staffing needs ("white spots")
  • Strengthen the employer brand of the companies in the German real estate and residential construction market
  • Selection & onboarding
  • Responsible for the entire recruiting process from job posting to onboarding
  • Develop structured onboarding programs so new employees integrate quickly and become productive
  • Build and improve systems and software to track and analyze the entire recruiting funnel — from campaign to application and onboarding, through training, mentoring, development, and offboarding
  • Work closely with sales leadership and oversee the training team to ensure fast early performance and successful integration of new employees
  • Employee retention & performance support
  • Support performance analysis, employee retention, and identification of causes for turnover and productivity issues
  • Implement measures for acquisition and retention, e.g., improved contracts, recognition, training, regular feedback
  • Provide HR support in conflicts and disciplinary cases

Requirements

  • Certified HR specialist, business administrator, or Bachelor of Arts with a focus on HR management, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in HR, with a significant portion in a sales context
  • Proven success in building or scaling recruiting or onboarding structures
  • Experience with targeted selection of sales talent
  • Solid knowledge of labor and contract law, and ideally knowledge of commercial agent law
  • Confident and engaging presence with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking and independent, solution-oriented work style
  • Strong affinity for sales and a service-oriented mindset
  • Team player, committed, motivated, and with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel
  • Willingness to travel for business
