About the role
- The initial point of contact of all new business enquires, welcoming new clients and assessing their requirements
- Conduct outbound outreach to potential clients across Cyprus, with substantial amount of the working week allocated to time on the road and external meetings
- Identify potential clients willing to sell via our auction platform, create partnerships with other sales agencies and collaborate with Developers, Real Estate institutions and Landowners
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring all client interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes are logged correctly
- Actively re-engage with our database of leads and continuous follow up with inactive leads
- Prepare tailored proposals and communicate pricing/value clearly
- Act as a trusted advisor to guide clients from initial enquiry through to listing decision
- Educate sellers on the auction sales process, addressing objections, ability to negotiate and clearly explaining benefits, timelines, and outcomes
- Collaborate closely with our valuers and sales agents to arrange appropriate and tailored strategies for potential clients
- Participate in outbound marketing campaigns and contribute to improving lead generation activities
- Prepare regular activity reports for management, including meetings booked, instructions secured, conversion rates from enquiry to instruction and forecasted listings
- Achieve monthly outbound targets and KPIs set by management
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Business Development Role, Sales Role or within the Real Estate Industry
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Clear, polite, and professional written and verbal communication
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
- Team Player – work collectively for the benefit of the company
- Critical thinker with ingenuity to think outside this box
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Full driving licence and own transportation
- Bilingual in Greek & English, verbal & written
