Technical Writer

• Creation, optimization and updating of technical documentation for machinery and plants
• Writing operating and assembly manuals, spare parts catalogs and other technical documents
• Preparation of technical content in accordance with applicable standards and regulations (e.g. Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, Machinery Regulation EU 2023/1230)
• Close collaboration with internal design/engineering teams, service and assembly teams as well as sales and project planning
• Commissioning and coordination of external translation projects
• Structuring and standardizing documentation processes
• Participation in the optimization and expansion of the use of the authoring/editorial system
• Creation of illustrations and graphics
• Support in risk assessments and safety-related documentation
• Organizational/administrative management of assigned work packages

Controller

• Preparation of monthly financial statements and participation in annual financial statements and budget planning
• Conducting cost, performance and variance analyses
• Controlling for international subsidiaries, including reporting, analysis, budgeting and coordination with local contacts
• Preparation of regular reports, forecasts and budget analyses
• Analysis and preparation of data to support management decision-making
• Support in the further development of controlling tools and processes
