  • What You'll Do: Ensure the approval routing for commercial and consumer lead assignments is executed with minimum errors
  • Ensure that cold lead assignment count is following the strategy presented by the Sales Ops and Enablement manager
  • Collaborate with members inside the group on additional approval routing as needed. Ex: Monthly distro reset, kickbacks, email assignments and reassignments.
  • Assist as necessary on distribution updates based on capacity and closing PTO.
  • Navigate Salesforce CRM for routing, data integrity and reporting
  • What You'll Need:

  • Foster Collaboration Between Sales and Sales Ops: open communication and data sharing
  • Associate degree/ Bachelor Degree preferred or related work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a deadline driven role
  • Critical thinking and exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to navigate through various software systems
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Intermediate knowledge in Excel; V-lookups, Pivots Tables
