About the role
- Supervise and mentor the recruiting team, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Oversee daily recruiting activities and ensure positions are filled within the desired timeline
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for commercial real estate roles
- Manage sourcing efforts across platforms such as LinkedIn and other job boards
- Review and approve candidate screening and selection processes
- Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment plans accordingly
- Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires in the Philippines
- Review and analyze recruiting metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports for leadership
- Identify tools, trends and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency
Requirements
- At least 10 years of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing or human resources experience
- Proven leadership experience in recruitment and hiring, including mentoring recruiters and managing hiring strategies
- Experience with posting jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed and other sites
- Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality
- Must possess strong work ethic
- Must be a team player
