About the role

Requirements
- Experience in change leadership roles, with energy (electricity or gas) or water networks experience (either deep general experience or a expertise in a specialism or niche area)
- Deep general experience and/or specialism in at least one of the following areas: asset management, field service management, networks operations planning, incident management, connections planning and management, and networks resilience
- You will have worked in consultancy or perhaps in inhouse change / CI leadership roles
- We’re less interested formal qualifications, but more interested in how you lead, motivate and inspire people, shape and deliver problem solving and large-scale transformation in energy and / or water networks
