Requirements
- Experience in energy (electricity or gas) or water networks (either general experience or a focus/expertise in a specialism or niche area)
- Asset management, field service management, networks operations planning, incident management, connections planning and management, and networks resilience (huge bonus)
- Consultancy or inhouse change / CI leadership roles experience
- Leadership, motivation, inspiration skills in delivering problem solving and large-scale transformation in energy and / or water networks
