About the role
- Reviewing and address questions from external and internal contacts through two primary aliases for general inquiries and a Teams channel.
- Log all inbound contacts by contact type
- On a weekly basis analyze all contact drivers and assist in defining proposed resolution to reduce contacts
- Assist in supporting provisioning requests and testing as needed for pilot projects.
- Assist in monitoring sponsorship compliance and data integrity.
- Partner with team to define project scope, objectives and approach to support business objectives.
- Recommend and support process improvement opportunities within the operations.
- Meet with Partners via Teams calls, drive partner rhythm of business, track results of project.
- Communicate with stakeholders and cross-organizational teams
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a project coordinator, program manager, specialist, or related position
- Must be able to work PST US hours
- Must have previous experience working at Microsoft Customer Service and Support or Sales required – preferably 3 to 5 years
- 5-7 years of Tier 3 or Tier 4 Customer Service experience in the Technology industry
- Familiar with designing/managing process flows
- Adept at building process documentation and maintaining Knowledge Base Materials
- Previous experience with communicating with all levels of stakeholders, clients, and team members.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Preferred Experience: Working knowledge of Power Apps/Power Platform MSX Experience
