About the role

  • Reviewing and address questions from external and internal contacts through two primary aliases for general inquiries and a Teams channel.
  • Log all inbound contacts by contact type
  • On a weekly basis analyze all contact drivers and assist in defining proposed resolution to reduce contacts
  • Assist in supporting provisioning requests and testing as needed for pilot projects.
  • Assist in monitoring sponsorship compliance and data integrity.
  • Partner with team to define project scope, objectives and approach to support business objectives.
  • Recommend and support process improvement opportunities within the operations.
  • Meet with Partners via Teams calls, drive partner rhythm of business, track results of project.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and cross-organizational teams

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience as a project coordinator, program manager, specialist, or related position
  • Must be able to work PST US hours
  • Must have previous experience working at Microsoft Customer Service and Support or Sales required – preferably 3 to 5 years
  • 5-7 years of Tier 3 or Tier 4 Customer Service experience in the Technology industry
  • Familiar with designing/managing process flows
  • Adept at building process documentation and maintaining Knowledge Base Materials
  • Previous experience with communicating with all levels of stakeholders, clients, and team members.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Preferred Experience: Working knowledge of Power Apps/Power Platform MSX Experience
