• Provide comprehensive information about the Beyond Finance financial hardship debt program to clients, ensuring they understand benefits, process, and options
• Interact primarily through inbound phone calls to deescalate upset clients and empathize with their financial difficulties
• Use CRM to access client information and maintain accurate records of interactions and program progress
• Assess clients' financial situations and determine appropriate options to help them become debt-free
• Collaborate with clients to develop customized solutions and encourage retention in the Beyond Finance program
• Meet or exceed retention targets and earn commissions based on client outcomes
• Provide best-in-class customer service across phone and various communication tools, responding to requests and anticipating needs
