About the role
- Research and identify high-potential Japanese companies suitable for hosting international interns
- Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, referrals) to generate new leads
- Qualify prospects based on hiring needs, capacity, and alignment with our programs
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
- Track outreach activity and lead progress in CRM systems
- Attend business events and networking opportunities in Tokyo to generate leads
Requirements
- Based in Tokyo, with native-level Japanese and fluent English
- 2+ years in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, or business development
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads (not just booking meetings)
- Strong research skills and ability to identify decision-makers
- Confident in cold outreach and starting conversations from scratch
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely
- Ability to attend in-person events when needed
- References from previous roles required
