About the role

  • Research and identify high-potential Japanese companies suitable for hosting international interns
  • Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, referrals) to generate new leads
  • Qualify prospects based on hiring needs, capacity, and alignment with our programs
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
  • Track outreach activity and lead progress in CRM systems
  • Attend business events and networking opportunities in Tokyo to generate leads

Requirements

  • Based in Tokyo, with native-level Japanese and fluent English
  • 2+ years in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, or business development
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads (not just booking meetings)
  • Strong research skills and ability to identify decision-makers
  • Confident in cold outreach and starting conversations from scratch
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely
  • Ability to attend in-person events when needed
  • References from previous roles required
