About the role

  • Research and identify high-potential companies across APAC and Europe suitable for hosting international interns
  • Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, size, hiring needs, and internship potential
  • Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound campaigns (cold email, LinkedIn, calls, referrals)
  • Engage decision-makers (HR, Talent, Founders, Department Heads)
  • Qualify leads based on clear criteria (hiring demand, budget, fit, timeline)
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Book meetings only with pre-qualified, high-intent prospects
  • Track all outreach, responses, and pipeline activity in CRM systems
  • Continuously test and improve messaging, targeting, and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with the partnerships team for smooth handover and feedback loops

Requirements

  • 2+ years in B2B lead generation, outbound sales
  • Proven ability to generate qualified leads across multiple international markets
  • Experience targeting companies in APAC and/or Europe
  • Strong written communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus)
  • Highly organized with strong research and prospecting skills
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
  • Data-driven mindset with focus on KPIs and conversion rates
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience with CRM and outbound tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
