About the role
- Research and identify high-potential companies across APAC and Europe suitable for hosting international interns
- Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, size, hiring needs, and internship potential
- Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound campaigns (cold email, LinkedIn, calls, referrals)
- Engage decision-makers (HR, Talent, Founders, Department Heads)
- Qualify leads based on clear criteria (hiring demand, budget, fit, timeline)
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Book meetings only with pre-qualified, high-intent prospects
- Track all outreach, responses, and pipeline activity in CRM systems
- Continuously test and improve messaging, targeting, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with the partnerships team for smooth handover and feedback loops
Requirements
- 2+ years in B2B lead generation, outbound sales
- Proven ability to generate qualified leads across multiple international markets
- Experience targeting companies in APAC and/or Europe
- Strong written communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus)
- Highly organized with strong research and prospecting skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
- Data-driven mindset with focus on KPIs and conversion rates
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with CRM and outbound tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
