About the role

  • You plan, organize, and manage our ongoing e-commerce projects — structured, on schedule, and with a clear focus on outcomes
  • You coordinate the implementation of minor changes in Shopify (e.g., content/pages, product & collection maintenance, simple layout/theme adjustments)
  • You act as the main point of contact for our agencies and external partners: briefings, timelines, feedback loops, quality checks, approvals
  • You monitor relevant KPIs and data (e.g., revenue, sessions, conversion rate, funnel performance), detect deviations early, and derive action items
  • You drive basic conversion optimizations: gather hypotheses, prioritize, coordinate implementation, and document results
  • You report regularly on status, risks, and progress — concise, clear, and solution-oriented

Requirements

  • Experience in project management within e-commerce or a fast-paced environment (agency/shop experience is a plus)
  • Extremely structured, reliable, and detail-oriented — even when handling multiple topics in parallel
  • Communicate clearly and reliably — internally and externally, in writing and verbally
  • Formulate requirements clearly, set priorities, and mobilize people without having to execute everything operationally yourself
  • Comfortable with numbers enough to understand KPIs, spot anomalies, and translate them into clear to-dos
  • Excellent German language skills, good English skills
