About the role

  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our Shopify store: shop maintenance, product listings, checkout, payment methods, data protection — and the technical hygiene of the system.
  • You will analyze our shop and relevant competitors, identify conversion barriers, design A/B tests, coordinate implementation with developers and rigorously evaluate the results.
  • You will plan and manage launches, promotions and sales campaigns — from preparation through execution to analysis and optimization. You will continuously refine cross-sells and product recommendations based on data.
  • You will critically review imagery and content, brief content production, coordinate updates and ensure every detail meets the brand standard.
  • You will work actively with Google Tag Manager and analytics/testing tools and ensure all relevant data is captured accurately and is usable.
  • From pixel to product title: you will ensure our shop continuously improves technically, visually and content-wise — and makes a measurable contribution to growth.

Requirements

  • Strong Shopify / e-commerce knowledge: product pages, collections, checkout, payment methods, shop logic — you understand how everything connects.
  • Hands-on mentality: small adjustments with HTML/CSS are no problem — or you can learn them quickly.
  • Practical experience in e-commerce or digital projects: through work, training, studies or personal projects — the main thing is you have completed real digital implementations.
  • Structured & self-directed: you prioritize clearly, meet deadlines and keep an overview when working on multiple tasks.
  • Data-driven: you work with KPIs, spot anomalies and derive clear actions.
  • Communication that delivers: you can manage, brief and follow up with developers/partners — without micromanaging, but with clarity.
  • Very good German, good English.
