Be the face of Bevi—bring energy, personality, and organization while engaging with prospects, partners, and fans.
Track ROI and KPIs with Sales and RevOps to improve event performance.
Team up with vendors to create trade show booths and other memorable customer experiences.
Own booth set-up: manage Bevi machines, packing, shipping, set-up, breakdown, and tracking.
Install machines and handle simple troubleshooting (training provided).
Manage logistics and organization to maximize event impact and budget.
Grow the Bevi Brand Placement program by finding and managing partnerships nationwide in partnership with Sales.
Build relationships, conduct outreach, and close 1–2 placements each month with Sales.
Manage details in Salesforce, execute contracts, and track machine usage and brand visibility.
Coordinate with Field and Logistics teams to deliver materials (machines, flavors, signage, swag) and ensure timely accurate data entry in systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and Zendesk.
Report post-event KPIs and track campaigns in Salesforce; run pre-event meetings and post-event debriefs to ensure deliverables are met.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
2+ years in event marketing, program or project management.
Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets) and comfortable working with CRM and reporting tools
Salesforce, Hubspot or CRM experience is a strong plus.
A great team player, personable and easily able to pivot from customer facing pitches to internal communications.
Creative, resourceful, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Experienced in event planning, marketing, or program coordination.
Scrappy yet polished, comfortable with everything from packing pallets to pitching our product.
Based in Charlestown, MA with at least 2 days per week in office.
Able to travel 30–40% for events (events are seasonal, heavy in the fall and spring).
