Account Manager

• Define and own the end‑to‑end influencer and streamer strategy across all OpCos
• Set clear commercial objectives, KPIs, and success metrics for every creator partnership
• Own the P&L for the streamer/influencer channel, including budgets, FTD targets, CPA, LTV, and ROI
• Review, structure, and approve all influencer contracts, commission models, and payment frameworks
• Evaluate performance across Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms
• Analyse ROI, lifetime value, and audience quality of influencers, streamers, and creators
• Optimise commission structures and contract terms based on performance insights
• Build reporting dashboards and provide clear performance commentary to senior leadership
• Line‑manage Hugo (Concepts & Creator Relationships) and build out a scalable team
• Establish clear roles, processes, and performance standards within the team
• Embed best‑practice commercial, compliance, and operational processes
• Act as the senior point of accountability for all creator‑related activity
• Benchmark Betway’s influencer strategy against competitors
• Monitor market trends, platform changes, and new creator models
• Identify opportunities for innovation and first‑mover advantage
• Establish and enforce content, brand, and regulatory guardrails across all regulated markets
• Ensure influencer activity meets jurisdictional requirements
• Own escalation and resolution of any compliance or reputational risks
• Act as the subject‑matter expert for influencers and streamers across the business
• Deliver clear, structured reporting to Marketing leadership and Exec stakeholders
• Influence cross‑functional teams to support creator activation, campaigns, and launches
