About the role
- Resolve incidents and requests independently, following procedures and documenting the process in our ticket system (Jira SM)
- Ensure a positive end-to-end customer experience and provides a single point-of-contact for customers
- Assist in solving problems, gives instructions on the use of equipment and software and work with the IT team in special projects
- Recommend hardware and software changes
- Assist with employee onboarding, updates, termination activities, and User Provider activities (Revalidations)
- Create documentation for help desk processes and procedures
Requirements
- Familiarity with authentication and security best practices
- Extensive knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365 components
- Capable of imaging, deploying and troubleshooting laptops
- Experience with ticketing systems - Jira Service Managment / SW / Confluence
- Previous experience working in an IT level one support role
- Strong mobile computing hardware experience
- Knowledge in ITIL methodologies
- Upper Intermediate or above English level
