About the role
- Design and optimize segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies to deliver the right experience to the right user at the right time.
- Identify key user states (e.g., struggling with insomnia, anxiety, poor sleep quality) and tailor product experiences accordingly.
- Continuously improve onboarding, lifecycle journeys, and in-app messaging to maximize engagement and outcomes.
- Define and execute the product strategy for connecting users to external care solutions (e.g., clinical programs, partners) when appropriate.
- Collaborate with partnership and business teams to translate signed partnerships into high-impact in-product experiences and funnels.
- Design seamless, trustworthy, and high-converting user flows that guide users toward relevant care options.
- Own and improve key funnel metrics across feature adoption and activation, conversion into care pathways / partner experiences.
- Run continuous experiments to improve user outcomes and business performance.
- Define success metrics and analyze product performance end-to-end.
- Use data to uncover insights, validate hypotheses, and inform product decisions.
- Work closely with Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to deliver high-quality product experiences.
- Ensure alignment across teams on priorities, goals, and execution plans.
- Help shape the long-term vision of BetterSleep as a personalized sleep and care platform.
- Identify new opportunities at the intersection of consumer wellness and clinical care.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in consumer (B2C) apps, with strong ownership across the full product lifecycle.
- Proven track record of driving growth, engagement, and conversion through product-led initiatives.
- Strong experience with personalization, lifecycle optimization, or recommendation systems.
- Comfortable working on 0→1 and 1→N problems, especially in ambiguous spaces.
- Highly analytical, with experience using data to drive decisions and measure impact.
- Strong product intuition combined with a sharp eye for UX and user behavior.
- Technical enough to collaborate effectively with engineers (SQL/data fluency is a plus).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business/partnership stakeholders.
- Bonus: experience in healthtech, wellness, or digital therapeutics.
