Drive user loyalty, engagement, and monetization across digital products.
Develop and optimize push notification strategies based on business goals, user behavior, and performance analytics.
Launch A/B tests to improve engagement with core features, monetization flows, and upsell campaigns.
Maintain up-to-date campaign documentation (Confluence, Figma, Google Drive).
Design and improve in-app flows to increase user engagement, referrals, and upsells; run experiments for feature adoption, store rating improvements, and monetization offers.
Collect and analyze user feedback for UX research and marketing claims.
Monitor app ratings and user reviews using AppFollow and other tools; generate hypotheses, prepare and launch A/B tests to improve store performance; provide bi-weekly and monthly reports.
Monitor and cooperate with PR and product teams to feature events and special offers; generate hypotheses and launch tests to attract new users; provide bi-weekly and monthly reports.
Analyze competitor push flows, in-app flows, referral programs, and monetization offers to identify best practices and growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with product, PR, design, and analytics teams to ensure users get maximum value from the product and stay longer.
Requirements
1+ year in Marketing, Product Management.
Experience with push notifications, in-app campaigns, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable strategies.
Hands-on experience with tools like AppFollow and analytics dashboards (Tableau, Amplitude, Confluence, Figma).
Understanding of app store optimization and user behavior analytics.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
