Manage daily cross-functional financial operations and client escalations across technology, product, client services, finance, compliance, legal, and marketing teams
Act as a liaison between our internal team, parent company Galaxy Digital, and external partners, facilitating communication, resolving operational bottlenecks, and ensuring alignment on shared goals.
Monitor operational workflows, track key performance metrics, and prepare reports or dashboards to provide insights on efficiency, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations, reduce redundancies, and enhance cross-team collaboration in a dynamic environment.
Handle ad-hoc projects, such as vendor management, resource allocation, and event coordination, to maintain momentum across financial operations.
Contribute to risk management by flagging potential issues early and assisting in the development of contingency plans.
Foster a culture of operational excellence by organizing knowledge-sharing resources and feedback loops.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in financial operations or project management, within technology-driven, financial services environments.
Proven ability to manage daily operations and support cross-functional teams effectively.
Strong understanding of financial operations, including banking, brokerage, and crypto services.
Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, parent companies, and external partners.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-growth environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, presentations, and facilitate meetings.
Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field.
