About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic partners, supporting day-to-day communication and relationship management. Collaborate with the Implementation team to ensure smooth rollouts of BetterHelp services, including project planning and operational execution.
- Deliver partner-facing demos, onboarding sessions, and training presentations (virtual and occasional in-person).
- Support the preparation and delivery of MBR and QBRs. Maintain a consistent communication cadence with partners, sharing BetterHelp updates, utilization trends, and outcome metrics to drive engagement.
- Partner with the Strategic & Health Plan Partnerships team to execute ongoing strategies, including well-being events, communications, and campaigns.
- Identify and foster opportunities for partners to serve as BetterHelp advocates (e.g., PR, testimonials, case studies).
- Prepare and present regular client-facing and internal reports on account performance, utilization, and projections.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve partner issues, ensuring timely solutions and high satisfaction.
- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the partner experience.
- Support contract renewals and retention efforts, driving profitable growth and demonstrating return on investment.
- Act as the voice of the partner internally, providing insights to shape BetterHelp’s growth strategy and product roadmap.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in partner management, client success, account management, or strategic operations, ideally within healthcare, EAP, behavioral health, or digital health.
- 2+ years of experience in virtual healthcare delivery.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships with high-touch clients or partners.
- Strong operational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to internal leadership and external partner teams.
- Experience supporting or managing enterprise-level partnerships and delivering on SLAs.
- Familiarity with mental health care delivery, EAP frameworks, or healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
