About the role

  • Monitor daily cash positions and liquidity across operating and custodial accounts bank statements
  • Build and maintain short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts aligned with loan production and funding activity
  • Support payment execution, bank account management, signatory matrix and treasury operational processes
  • Prepare and process check payments, manage Positive Pay files, and support payment automations to ensure accurate and timely disbursements
  • Partner with Capital Markets and Accounting on loan funding, payoffs, reconciliations, journal entries and month-end close
  • Support management of warehouse lines, including: Collateral tracking and utilization analysis, Covenant monitoring
  • Prepare internal reporting on liquidity, warehouse utilization, and funding capacity for leadership
  • Assist with audits and ad-hoc data requests
  • Identify and implement treasury process improvements to support scale and efficiency

Requirements

  • MBA or CA and bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Banking, or Mortgage Finance
  • Strong understanding of cash flows, debt instruments, and balance sheet dynamics
  • Advanced Excel skills; ability to work with large, transaction-level datasets
  • Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset in a fast-paced environment
