About the role

  • Engage in consultative sales conversations with warm leads, identifying their needs related to chronic pain, stress, anxiety, or mental health support, and guiding them toward insurance-covered VR-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) solutions.
  • Strategically manage objections, transforming hesitations into opportunities to highlight Better Health’s unique value proposition and how it can help member’s needs.
  • Build trust and nurture relationships through meaningful conversations, guiding leads toward becoming Better Health members.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and the medical conditions we support, ensuring clear and confident communication.
  • Continuously refine your outreach strategy using QA feedback, analyzing call performance, practicing mock-calls and applying lessons learned from previous interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve bottlenecks, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment.

Requirements

  • Have 1-3 years of experience in consultative or outbound sales and dialer/call-center environment, with a talent for building rapport and creating connections.
  • Are skilled at thinking on your feet and effectively addressing objections to steer conversations toward positive outcomes.
  • Are self-motivated, thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, and are eager to make a tangible impact on people's lives.
  • Excel at turning challenging or "uncomfortable" conversations into comfortable, productive exchanges.
  • Have a passion for improving lives, particularly within the healthcare space, and are excited to help individuals manage chronic conditions with dignity and ease.
  • Bonus: Speak Spanish fluently to better support a diverse customer base!
