About the role

  • Lead user research and design efforts across digital platforms.
  • Support the modernization and enhancement of existing systems as well as the design and development of new platforms and capabilities.
  • Shape how user-centered design is embedded into product development process.
  • Work independently, thrive in ambiguity, and partner closely with product, engineering, and business leaders to deliver intuitive, high-impact user experiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of experience in UX design, product design, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting user research and translating insights into design solutions
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX work, including research, interaction design and visual design
  • Experience designing for complex systems, enterprise products, or SaaS platforms
  • Experience designing or supporting products that incorporate AI driven, automated or intelligent workflows (e.g. agentic AI, copilots, automation tools).
  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc)
  • Solid understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards and responsive design
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive work forward with minimal oversight
