About the role

  • Oversee the Executive Casino Host team while reporting to the Director of VIP Casino Operations.
  • Responsible for day-to-day team operations and relationship development with high-end customers and VIPs.
  • Monitor team goals and objectives including player maintenance, retention, development, and acquisition.
  • Ensure Casino Hosts follow internal policies while guiding player reinvestment.
  • Submit performance reports to the direct line manager on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing casino hosts team or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in online gaming, customer service, concierge, luxury telemarketing or other account management.
  • Sales driven, computer literate with an emphasis on Excel, excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
  • Detail oriented with effective time management skills and the ability to produce results while working under pressure.
  • The ability to work independently, offer top tier customer service and identify customer trigger points.
  • Analytically curious with the ability to think outside the box to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • The ability to travel and attend off property events.
  • Desired: Excellent knowledge of gaming and the gaming industry
  • Experience hosting customers within a Hospitality environment, preferably a casino environment
  • Multilingual
