Own the sportsbook analytical strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial OKRs, product roadmaps, and market dynamics.
Influence senior leadership through high-quality insights on pricing, promotions, margin, customer cohorts, and market-level performance.
Lead the definition, tracking, and optimization of key sportsbook performance KPIs.
Build rigorous test & learn frameworks to evaluate new promotions, pricing changes, and product enhancements.
Oversee development of predictive models (retention, churn, promo elasticity, value forecasting).
Lead the execution of controlled experiments (A/B tests), including methodology, guardrails, success metrics, and insights.
Develop and advance analytic frameworks supporting customer segmentation, promotion ROI, cannibalization, and market performance.
Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 6–10 analysts by developing technical skills, business acumen, and communication capability.
Drive automation of recurring analytics and dashboarding, reducing manual outputs and accelerating speed-to-insight.
Act as a strategic partner to Sports Commercial, Trading, Marketing, Product, VIP, and Finance.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in the online gaming industry.
Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Experience with statistical modeling, A/B testing, and customer segmentation techniques.
Familiarity with online gaming platforms, trading systems, and marketing technologies.
