About the role
- Responsible for daily campaign execution, manage customer communication through email, push notification and onsite channels and ensure the best possible tailor-made outcome for local market needs within the Lifecycle team as outlined by the CRM Lifecycle Manager.
- Be the creative counterpart for the CRM Lifecycle Manager to ensure promotions are relevant, engaging and from a business perspective sound.
- Support in campaign brief creation to the CRM operations team.
- Coming up with new concepts to drive customer reactivation.
- Deployment of a reward strategy that will maximize customer reactivation.
- Work with CRM systems and tools to ensure flawless delivery for all Customer Segments at all times.
- Making sure campaigns have been thoroughly tested before presented to customers.
- Working closely with the CRM Operations team to make sure deadlines are met.
- Measure campaign performance and feedback results into the Senior Sports Manager.
- Ensuring that Customer Journeys are flawless, all hyperlinks work and there are no errors.
- Other required duties assigned by the Sr. CRM Lifecycle Manager.
- Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time.
Requirements
- Previous experience in building and executing online communication plans.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and strategies.
- Good understanding of online marketing.
- Solid understanding of sports betting and/or gambling.
- Thorough comprehension of betting terminologies and betting in general.
- Ability to review data and draw conclusions and insights.
- Knowledge of CRM strategies, tools and channels in an online environment.
- Experience working with CRM or CMS tools like Sitecore, Exact Target, Otherlevels, HTML coding and/or Optimove.
- Ambitious and eager to learn with a focus on and interest in marketing, content, copywriting and communications.
- Eager to drive continuous improvement, flexible to challenge issues/opportunities.
- Can-do attitude, enthusiasm, energy and inner motivation to take actions to achieve goals beyond what is required.
- Team player willing to lend a hand when needed.
