About the role

  • Drives high customer satisfaction and ensure services are in line with BILH needs
  • Contributes on setting the mission and vision for the IT Service Management team

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5-8 years related work experience required
  • 1-3 years supervisory/management experience required
  • ITIL Certification required within first 12 months
  • Advanced technical computer skills as required for technical support specific to functional area and related systems
  • Customer centric mindset
  • Track record of expanding responsibilities with a deep knowledge of IT Service Management
