About the role
- Provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership for all radiology and breast imaging services
- Lead daily operations and strategic planning for all radiology and breast health services
- Oversee budgets, productivity, financial performance, and capital planning
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accreditation
- Partner with physicians, medical directors, and hospital leadership to develop new programs
- Recruit, develop, and retain high‑performing radiology leaders and staff
- Drive quality improvement, patient safety, and patient satisfaction initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, equipment inventory, and service agreements
- Represent Radiology and Breast Health on hospital and system committees
- Support clinical education and student training programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or licensed technologist preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in hospital‑based radiology
- Strong background in healthcare operations, financial management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership
- Proven ability to collaborate across clinical and administrative teams
