About the role

  • Manage execution of work set by IT Senior Leadership
  • Manage implementation of EHR applications and solutions
  • Champion relationships between IT and BILH leadership
  • Contribute to success of BILH IT by assuring excellent customer service
  • Responsible for resource allocation within the organization chart
  • Directly support EHR application projects, daily operations, and break-fix issues
  • Monitor dept. functions ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Provide education/training to staff for EHR systems

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred
  • 5-8 years related work experience in IT Dept. or software vendor organization within the healthcare industry
  • 2+ years of leadership and staff management experience
  • 1-3 years of supervisory/management experience
