About the role
- Lead the development of the company’s GenAI foundations and shared capabilities
- Ensure that all GenAI initiatives are translated into scalable, reusable, and production-ready assets
- Play a key role in transforming GenAI efforts into a coherent, industrialized capability layer that enables teams to build faster, safer, and more efficiently
- Own and drive cross-functional GenAI initiatives at the intersection of product, technology, and operations
- Be responsible for asset delivery and outcomes, coordinating multiple stakeholders across the organization
- Define and prioritize the core capabilities required to scale GenAI
- Lead complex initiatives and ensure tangible delivery across various teams
- Convert initiatives into frameworks, standards, guidelines, reusable components, and internal tools
Requirements
- 7–12+ years in:
- o Product or Platform roles
- o Program leadership
- o Technology strategy or consulting
- Experience in:
- o AI / GenAI environments
- o Cross-functional delivery at scale
- o Building internal platforms or shared capabilities
- Skills:
- o Strong understanding of GenAI concepts (LLMs, RAG, agents, etc.)
- o Proven ability to drive complex initiatives end-to-end
- o Excellent stakeholder management at a senior level
- o Strong structuring and prioritization skills
- o Product mindset applied to internal capabilities
