- Manages a team responsible for software engineering.

- Determines integration points across teams and manages necessary hand-offs between them.
- Takes a proactive role in recruiting, directing, motivating, and developing staff to maximize their individual contributions, professional growth, and ability to function cohesively as a team.
- Provides critical feedback at key junctures. Resolves complex issues. Leadership: Manages a team of support staff and professional individual contributors. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Often a minimum of 12 to 15 years of relevant experience with essential managerial competencies.
