• Complete assigned daily transactional tasks accurately, consistently, and on time
• Execute routine operational activities in accordance with established processes and guidelines
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail when processing tasks, reviewing data, and maintaining records
• Support small and/or non-complex clients, tasks, or projects under direct supervision
• Assist with medium- and long-term tasks as directed by management
• Contribute to assigned projects by completing defined components or deliverables
• Maintain organized documentation, records, and supporting materials
• Use Microsoft Office tools (including Excel, Word, and Outlook) to support daily tasks and reporting needs
• Follow instructions and escalate questions or issues to appropriate team members
• Participate in training and learning activities to build role-specific knowledge and skills

Operations Associate

• Monitor and interpret evolving US, foreign, and state tax legislation
• Define product vision and contribute to tax reporting roadmap
• Analyze complex regulatory and business issues
• Develop and maintain expertise in cost basis and informational reporting
• Drive business testing and validation of use cases
• Own product side of annual tax season execution
• Build and maintain client relationships
