Key responsibilities & impact

Lead business analysis efforts across multiple initiatives, delivering high-quality requirements and actionable insights
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define business needs and solution approaches
Gather, document, and validate detailed business requirements (BRDs, process maps, functional specifications)
Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Translate business needs into technical requirements in partnership with IT and project teams
Support implementation efforts by ensuring alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions
Monitor outcomes of implemented solutions and recommend continuous improvements
Act as a subject matter resource, providing guidance to less experienced analysts when appropriate
Influence stakeholder alignment, timelines, and priorities across initiatives
Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to proactively address business challenges

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field
5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related discipline
Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis
Knowledge of financial services products, regulatory environments, and risk management principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and data visualization tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Professional certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) preferred
Experience working in Agile environments preferred
Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics tools preferred
Advanced degree in Business Analytics, Finance, or related discipline preferred
