About the role

  • Demonstrate leadership across the team and organization.
  • Ensure consistency in execution across domestic and global tabulations tasks.
  • Ensure daily work in the areas is allocated, monitored, and completed according to deadlines.
  • Maintain and ensure procedures are kept current.
  • Manage onboarding of new employees including equipment and Human Resources requests.
  • Responsible for SOC control compliance.
  • Establish priorities within the team, establish work schedules, organize, and direct the flow of work.
  • Adjust individual assignments as needed.
  • Attend and participate in technology development efforts and meetings.
  • Facilitate and lead team meetings.
  • Coordinates and provides day-to-day oversight of processing and staff.
  • Educate and inform staff about department’s services and updates.
  • Identify potential obstacles or hurdles in meeting accuracy or performance requirements and incorporating best practices to mitigate and prevent each from occurring in the future.
  • Identify process improvements and procedure updates.
  • Manage and direct multiple priorities within tight time constraints.
  • Interact with all levels of internal staff and management.
  • Engage with peers, clients, and external business partners, promoting strong partnerships and working relationships.
  • Plan for and respond to changing processing, management needs, and seasonal fluctuations of workload.
  • Provide consistent and thorough updates to management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Demonstrates strong research, analytical, and critical‑thinking capabilities.
  • Maintains a high level of accuracy with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to manipulate and interpret data effectively.
  • Thrives in managing multiple tasks and projects while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Possesses excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats, engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to stay focused and productive while executing repetitive or process‑driven tasks.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including extended schedules when business needs require.
  • Collaborative team player who contributes positively within the team and across the organization.
  • Displays strong visual inspection and quality‑review skills.
  • Adapts quickly to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
