About the role
- Resolve customer issues independently or with support from the team
- Analyze tickets and perform independent research
- Provide 1st- and 2nd-level support
- Work closely with Development and Product Management teams

Requirements
- Completed degree or vocational training, preferably with professional experience
- Structured, methodical approach to complex problems
