About the role
- Own the A-to-Z employee experience, from delivering a stellar onboarding and managing performance reviews
- draft contracts, maintain pristine records, and partner with payroll
- Write HR policies from scratch
- Serve as the ultimate sounding board for all employee matters
- manage office supplies, vendors, set up tech for new hires, and distribute company swag
- Plan milestone celebrations, internal events, and gatherings
- oversee risk assessments, essential safety training, and ongoing wellness initiatives
Requirements
- solid track record in a senior or standalone HR role within a hyper-growth environment
- deep, practical understanding of Maltese employment law
- initiative to manage HR processes end-to-end
- commercially aware and incredibly organized
- solutions-focused, detail-oriented
- ability to build and lead a high-performing People team
- Fluency in English; Maltese is a fantastic bonus.
